This brand-new hotel had delightful views. We ate at a nice restaurant with nice service. There was a modern bathroom. The location was exceptionally nice, just a pleasant stroll away from Panfilov Street Promenade. A mall and a supermarket were right next door❤👍

Loved the place, had a REALLY NICE stay for Business Trip. The room was functional & well-equipped with a bathroom. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the center, and food court. I visited Karaoke Club Palladium, based close to the property, had dinner there.

The location was good for Almaty, just off airport, the restaurant and the main Almaty attractions. The staff were all accommodating, incredibly nice. Truly enjoyed twin room I booked, it was functional.

Clean hotel in a new building adjacent to the main shopping plazas and big supermarkets and restaurants and the main Almaty attractions. Great location as near to the center of town as I was hoping, and 10 minute walk from The One. Totally nice stay on business trip.

Surprisingly large room with exceptionally comfortable bed and central heating, a private safe and a flat-screen TV. Location - magnificent, right by the center, big supermarkets and restaurants, and Renion Hills. Also, pretty close to the town centre.

The location was peaceful, very near to the center of the city, convenient to go everywhere. Moreover, it's next to the main Almaty attractions, and shops and food court. I really enjoyed having 2 single beds in the room, that was well-equipped and functional too.

This hotel is great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. I particularly liked the location, as it is close to the town center and convenient for exploring the city. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including a bathroom, were well-maintained. The breakfast served was delicious and had a good variety of options.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.
